 The keynote speaker was very moving.  I was amazed that the quote he used to describe the introduction of the keyboard could be used to describe how society is changing today with the influx of so many mediums.  It was also overwhelming to think about.  I would love to take a class with a professor so in tune with how  people are learning in today's world.

I agree. I really think if college was taught by professor's like Dr. Wesch we would learn a lot more. I would have enjoyed taking a class with him, but also think that it would be really scary because that is not an environment I am used to, and my college experience was completely different.

I found your comments absolutely on point. I, too, felt like I wanted to move to Kansas to take a course with Michael.
I wondered about your reference to the quote. What was the specific quote? And it would be cool, too, to add a link to the reference he made (which, I confess, was delivered so hyperfast I missed it. I'm hope there will be some posting of a video or text of his speech somewhere. AND if anyone knows where that is/will be, let us know.)
A question I had, is how might you take ONE thing from what Michael said this morning and use it in your classroom.
